The condo is located on the 2nd floor of a completely remodeled, historic, Duluth building. (Remodeling completed August of 2021). The building's lower level currently hosts the European-style bakery, Duluth's Best Bread. The building smells amazing!

Summary: What a beautiful and VERY well appointed apartment. The character of the older building as a backdrop for the lovely decor was great. The amount of space was wonderful as well(the whole floor with our own elevator onto the floor). The hosts have thought of everything and communication was top notch. Of course having our own elevator directly into the apartment and having the elevator take us right to tasty baked goods every morning on the first floor was priceless.
